The accommodation consists of a decent sized living room, a good size kitchen, large double bedroom, second twin size bedroom and a shower room/toilet.There are blinds and curtains fitted in each room.

The lounge is 10 foot long by 10 foot wide, with built in light coloured display cabinets, biege carpet, and gas fire. There are two brown leather style couches, with 'throw' covers on the seats.

The kitchen is a galley style with light coloured kitchen units, doors and worktop. There is a gas cooker, and built in fridge. Room size is approx 4 foot wide by 8 foot long.

A hallway leads from the kitchen, to the two bedrooms and shower room.

The main double bedroom is 7 foot wide by 9 foot. It has white wardrobes and cupboards, beige carpet, and double bed.

The shower room is 3 foot wid by 8 foot approx, . The shower tray and toilet are salmon pink, with a pink hand basin and lino floor.

The second bedroom is 4 foot wide by 7 foot 6 inch inches long, with cream wardrobes, brown carpet and a three quarter sized doulbe bed.

The electrical supply, gas and water were all in good working order when disconnected from site. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to have the electric, gas and water systems checked by, and re connected by a competent professional when re sitting the caravan on its new site.

We are farmers and therefore cannot price for, or advise on transport, although I do know, and can put you into contact with two very good Caravan transporters.
