We're looking to sell our static caravan at Beauport Holiday Park in Hastings. It`s a 2 bedroom Delta Nordstar 2004 model, and is a large 36` x 12`. We`ve owned it for 5 years, and also own another caravan at the park, and we`ve been using this one for family and friends when they visit. It was barely used last year, so we'd like someone else to get use from it. It`s in very good condition for its age, but only has a licence in place for 5 years, so is being sold cheap.

It`s sited at the top of the park, very near to the clubhouse and main entrance, so would be ideal for anyone who doesn`t drive or don`t like walking far. It`s on a lovely enclosed pitch with a large private garden, and has a parking space directly outside the caravan.

The caravan itself has 2 entrance doors, one into the lounge and one into the hallway. The lounge is a good size and has built-in wraparound seating (with a sofa-bed beneath), a gas fire, TV shelf and display cupboards. We replaced the original curtains with roller blinds, and also replaced the carpet with easier-to-maintain laminate flooring.

The kitchen/diner has a waist-height oven & grill, a gas hob, under-counter fridge & separate freezer, microwave shelf, dining table with built-in seating, and lots of storage cupboards. We`re also including all the kitchen utensils if you wanted them.

The caravan is a 2 bedroom model (6 berth), so the main bedroom is very spacious. There is a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table with built-in chest of drawers, and some overhead lockers. The second bedroom has two single beds. Finally there is a family bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.

The caravan is priced at £9,000 which will include new gas & electric safety checks and the park`s fee for transferring ownership. It also includes site fees for the remainder of 2019 (which were about £5000). In the future, the park allows you to pay monthly for site fees, but for 2019 it will need to be paid in advance. The caravan is vacant and ready to move into immediately. Beauport Park is open for 11.5 months a year and only closes for 2 weeks in February.

Beauport Park is located on The Ridge overlooking Hastings, and is set amongst a beautiful woodland park. There are plenty of on-site facilities. Aside from the nightly entertainment at the clubhouse, there's also a heated pool, onsite shop, onsite gym, and playground. Hastings is just a short drive away with everything that you'd expect from a seaside town. The A21 is also close, as are the nearest supermarkets. The park is pet friendly, with some great tracks for long dog-walks.
