Manor House Park is set in 27 acres of grassland. We are in an idyllic rural setting near to the river Trent, located on the edge of the tiny rural hamlet of Church Laneham, Retford. It is relaxing place, ideal as a base for long country walks.

We are within walking distance of the Ferryboat Inn . Food is served at weekends. There's also the Bee's Knees in nearby Laneham, famous for its huge variety of gins, and excellent food.

In the next village of Rampton the Eyre Arms enjoys a well deserved reputation for good food.

There are fishing pegs available for use during your stay and are charged accordingly as required. Sundown Adventure Land in Rampton is suitable for children up to the age of 12.

The windmill at South Leverton (about 5 miles away) is well worth a visit. Retford, a Georgian Market town is about 7 miles away. High end retail therapy can be enjoyed in nearby Bawtry (18 miles away) Further afield is the historic city of Lincoln.
