The caravan also has a pull out double bed in turn sleeps 6 comfortably. I have spent additional money on installing double glazing & gas central heating (Morco condensing combi boiler) including 5 radiators two in the living/kitchen area, one in the bathroom and one on each bedroom (installed July 2017)

The caravan has a full size gas oven with gas Hobbs, full size under counter fridge and microwave. I paid £250 to have WIFI installed when I purchased the van and it would cost approx £35 to have the WIFI re-connected upon completion of purchase.

The caravan is on a generously sized plot on the outer of the park, in turn it is lovely and tranquil with minimum passing traffic yet easily accessible and a three minute walk to the club house and leisure facilities.
