There are two decks one accessed from master bedroom via double patio doors and the other from the central living area via double patio doors. The van has modern double glazing and full central heating. It is currently on Park Holidays Lakeside park which has an outside heated swimming pool, clubhouse with large deck overlooking one of the 11 lakes. ( Fishing is available all year). There is a shop and a launderette. The site is open 50 weeks a year and only closes for 2 weeks in January. Pitch fees are about average at £5700 and fuel if there all year is about £800.
