This lovely-looking caravan is sited on a premium pitch on the Medway Village area of the park, and comes with 3 bedrooms (8 berth), double glazing, central heating, and a lovely wraparound decking worth £8,000. The price is £44,995 which includes site fees for 2024, the park's owner transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety tests. The caravan is in excellent used condition and is priced to sell. The pitch comes with mains gas supply, private parking, and a large patio area for BBQ etc. The decking is west-facing so gets the sun all afternoon and evening, and has nice views over the River Thames. Allhallows has no age limits for the caravans on site, and runs a 9.5 month season. It's currently undergoing a major improvement with new facilities being built each season.

The caravan has an open-plan living area with a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are two sets of front-opening doors that lead onto the decking, so the whole front opens up onto the decking for those long summer evenings. There's a comfortable L-shaped sofa (with a pull-out bed beneath), a Velux ceiling-window, a TV unit, coffee table & footstools, and built-in storage cupboards. The seller also installed a professionally fitted air-con/heater unit which is a very economical way of keeping the caravan cosy. The kitchen has a full-size integrated fridge & freezer, a gas cooker & grill with an extractor, lots of cupboards, a built-in microwave, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Formerly known as Allhallows, this re-vamped holiday park has a prime position overlooking the Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year). The park facilities have recently been upgraded with a new clubhouse, re-vamped yacht club, new takeaway restaurants, and a new Adventure Village for children. The park also has a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. There's also an active owners team who organise events.
