The caravan is a huge 41` long by 13` wide, and is very roomy throughout. It has an unusual 'closed-lounge' layout where the lounge and kitchen are separated by a wall, which makes it feel more homely and is easier to keep warm. The caravan is classed as a residential-spec holiday-home and has all the gadgets you'd expect to find in a high-end model. It has built-in kitchen appliances, a full-size bath, en-suite WC & shower, walk-in wardrobe, and lots of storage throughout. The decking originally cost £8,000 and the largest side is south-facing.

The lounge is a very good size and has sliding patio doors at the front which lead out to the decking area. The second bedroom has two adult-sized single beds which are set at right angles to maximise the floor space, and also a full sized wardrobe. The main wash-room has a full-sized bath with an overhead shower.

This model of caravan is a very popular choice for anyone looking at spending lots of time on the park, and is one of the park's biggest selling models. Its still in excellent condition and the owner paid over £80,000 for it when it was new.

Alberta Holiday Park is located near the seaside town of Whitstable in Kent and is just off the Thanet Way and 5 minutes from the M2. The park is just a 2 minute walk from the beach, and only 5 minutes drive from the town centre. On-site there's a family clubhouse with a bar & restaurant, an outdoor heated pool, amusement arcade, and adventure playground. The park is pet friendly and there's some great walks nearby. The park has a barrier entry system and overnight security patrols. Whitstable town centre is 5 minutes away, and there is a regular bus-service outside the park which takes you to local supermarkets. The largest nearby town is Canterbury with a fantastic shopping centre, lots of historic sites, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Among the local attractions are Howletts Zoo, the Whitstable Oyster Festival, Westwood Cross Shopping Centre, Blean Wildlife Park and much more. This part of the Kent coast has been a favourite choice for visitors for many years.
