The site is very peaceful and doesn't allow residents under 45 years old, although occasional young visitors are fine. The site is pet friendly and there's a lovely dog walking area next to the park, and a fishing lake which residents have exclusive use of.

The park has no age policy for the caravans here so long as they are kept in good order, and don't require any selling fee once when you are finished with your caravan, subject to meeting the buyer to explain the park rules. As a further benefit telephone lines can be connected to the caravan, and there are no rules in place regarding plastic sheds or excessive plant pots. It's just a nice friendly site with happy owners.

The ground rent is £160pw which includes all electric and water usage, with council tax and gas bottles as an extra. The park is maintained by a resident caretaker who is happy to help.
