Cheap Willerby Leven static caravan for private sale at Allhallows Leisure Park, near Rochester in Kent.

The caravan is a 2002 model, but there are no age limits for caravans on Allhallows so the caravan can stay as long as you want it to. The price is £9,000 which includes site fees & rates for the remainder of the 2020 season, and the park's owner-transfer fee. Its a great price for the caravan and the park wouldn't sell anything near this price. It's a good size at 35` x 12` and is sited on the back row of the Meadowside area of the park, which is the cheapest site fee area of the park. It's away from the main entertainment area and is one of the quietest areas on the park, and there's a grass area behind the caravan which would be ideal for kids or dogs.

The caravan is in very good condition for its age, and has plenty of life left in it. The lounge area has a corner-sofa, a gas fire, display cabinets and a coffee table. The kitchen comes with a gas cooker & hob, a fridge/freezer, and a separate dining area. There are two large bedrooms, the master has a double bed and lots of built-in wardrobes, and the second has a single bed and has been used as storage. Finally. There are separate toilet and shower rooms.

Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25, but feels a world away from the busy world. The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners.

The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, amusement arcade, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events.
