The caravan is 35` x 12` and comes with 2 bedrooms, double glazing & central heating, private parking, and 7 years left on the pitch licence. Beauport Park has a very long 11.5 month season, and only closes for two weeks during February, so would be ideal for anyone looking to spend lots of time at their caravan. The owner originally paid £24,000 for it in 2019 and is now looking to sell for £17,500. Included in the price will be the site fees for the 2021 season, the park's owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. All you'll need to add is insurance. This is a lot cheaper than the park would sell a double-glazed caravan for.

The caravan is a good size at 35` x 12` and has been decorated and had new carpets fitted throughout. It's sited on Hillside Way, which is a quiet area of the park and about 5 minutes walk from the clubhouse. The lounge comes with a free-standing corner sofa, a large TV stand, a coffee table and a large display cabinet. The kitchen is open-plan and comes with a gas oven & grill, an under-counter fridge & freezer.

The caravan is a 2 bedroom model, and both bedrooms are a good size. The master bedroom has a double bed, a built-in double wardrobe, and a dressing table. The second bedroom comes with a single bed (although there is room for another), a dressing table, and a wardrobe. Finally, there is a large family wash-room which has a toilet, sink and a double shower.

Beauport Park is located on The Ridge overlooking Hastings, and is set amongst a beautiful woodland park. There are plenty of on-site facilities. Aside from the nightly entertainment at the clubhouse, there's also a heated pool, on-site shop, on-site gym, and playground. Hastings is just a short drive away with everything that you'd expect from a seaside town. The A21 is also close, as are the nearest supermarkets. The park is pet friendly, with some great tracks for long dog-walks.
