The park is located 200 yards across a meadow from the River Wye; 3 miles from the market town of Rhayader; 7 miles from the supermarkets and shops of Llandrindod Wells, and 5 miles from the Elan Valley visitors centre. There is a lovely permissive riverside walk which begins near the park Reception Cabin and ends at the back gate.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the park but must be on a lead at all times and cleaned up after immediately.
