The park has a 9.5 month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year), and is a mostly owners site (90% of caravans are privately owned). There is a real community feel amongst the owners. The park facilities include a 9-hole golf-course, a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, a newly refurbished clubhouse, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. All of these activities are free for owners to use, and there is also an active owners team who organise events.
