Our Lovely home from home caravan is based in a quiet part of Sandhills, approx 6 mins walk to main resort of Butlins. Our caravan has 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge, double glazed and heating throughout, bathroom with sink, toilet and walk in shower, plus the caravan has a separate sink and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. In the lounge there is a large seating area and a dining area, a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a ramp with decking to the caravan making it accessible for everyone.
Everything is all ready in the van making it an ideal home from home or a rental income if you wish.
There are no age restrictions of caravans on site and as long as they are maintained you are welcome to keep them there.
There are many additional benefits to owning a Butlins sited van which include unlimited access to Butlins for up to 10 family members and discounts at all bars and restaurants.
All paperwork and transfer fees are covered in the costs and must go directly through Butlins.
The fees are around £3900 per year but realistically with all of the insurance, gas ,electricity etc it is around £4,800 per year. It hasn't been a penny over £4 800 for the last 3 years and we have always rented a caravan out in the summer holidays at £1000 per week to accommodate the fees.
The only reason for sale is we want to purchase closer to home.
