This holiday home is in a very good condition and we are selling on behalf of the owner. This is sited on our rural family and dog friendly park in Mid Wales. Near the towns of Welshpool and Newtown and just an hours drive to the coast so an ideal base to explore the beauty of Wales. We have a out door recreational area with large draughts, table tennis, 9 hole pitch n put, football and children's climbing frame. Our indoor games room as pool, 9 pin skittle alley, large 4 in a row, books, jigsaws, games, library and retro games machine. We have a nature garden with elevated picnic area on a decking near our water feature, this over looks our nature lake and surrounding countryside views.
