It's priced at £55,000 including site fees for the remainder of 2022, the park's private sale fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. It is sited on one of the park's new developments with mains gas and private parking outside for 2 cars. The caravan is in very good condition and is only 4 years old and is £15,000 cheaper than buying a new equivalent from the park, so we're sure it won't be available long. Birchington Vale operates a long 11.5 month season, and only shuts for 2 weeks in February, and the licence runs until February 2039.

The caravan is 38' x 12' and comes with a wraparound plastic decking (with storage beneath and built-in lights) and a private garden area behind the caravan with a fence to stop anyone walking through. The living area has an open-plan layout containing the lounge, kitchen and dining area, and there are front-opening double doors that lead to the decking. The lounge comes with a free-standing sofa and armchair, a TV shelf, a feature fireplace with an electric fire, and a separate dining area. The ceiling is pitched so it feels very spacious. The kitchen comes with laminate flooring, a gas cooker & hob, full-size integrated fridge & freezer, a washing machine, and lots of storage space & worktops.

Birchington Vale Holiday Park is a great park in a countryside location and has just had a big investment in its facilities. The on-site facilities include an indoor heated pool, bar and clubhouse, amusement arcade, pitch & putt golf course, shop, and playground. It's a very tidy park and there aren't many holiday rentals on site, so it has a very relaxed feel. It's very close to the sandy beaches of Margate and Broadstairs, as well as the seaside towns of Ramsgate and Herne Bay. Westwood Cross shopping centre is just a short drive away, and the historic city of Canterbury is just 20 minutes away.
