Two owners from new McLouis Tandy 640 7 berth motorhome based on the Fiat Ducato 3.0 multijet covering just under 39000 miles from new.

At the rear of the motorhome are bunk beds, the bottom bunk doubles as a large garage which can be accessed from both sides via large doors. In front of the bunks is a good sized wardrobe.

The galley kitchen this has a separate 3-way fridge freezer, full cooker with gas hobs, oven, grill, integral fan with strip light above hob and storage under the oven. The sink is a good size with a wooden inset to give more worktop space.

The washroom consists of water flush toilet, hand basin, separate shower (never used by current or previous owner), a robe hanger, 2 hand towel hangers, vanity mirror and lots of storage.

Centrally is the lounge this is made up of a dinette and side settee there is also a table extension insert in the wardrobe that will allow the table to extend to the settee. The dinette has 2 x 3 point (forward facing) and 2 x lap (rear facing) seat belts for travelling and also turns into a flat double bed. The side settee makes up the 5th berth.

Upfront above the cab is a double bed which is very light with windows to both sides

The cab has an array of driver aids including reversing camera (we have never worked out how to use it so there may be a fault). cruise control, cab air con, 6 speed.

This motorhome benefits from gas and electric combi boiler. There is a tow bar fitted, awning, turbo fan, solar panel, extractor fan, freesat tv aerial, bespoke cab internal window thermal blinds and a new spare tyre/wheel.

NOTE: Nearside wing mirror is slightly loose.
