I have purchased a larger unit that suddenly came up so sadly going to have to let this one go which I already regret.
It's, all there inside lovely and clean, stripped carpet in living room and bathroom to put underlay and thick carpet plus tiles in kitchen and bathroom, it has 240v 110v still and 12V 12 v charging zig, a new electric water heater and lpg warm air and air con units, a huge 14 foot slide with a brand new big sofa . Fixed table and chairs were binned for lovely pine table with faux chairs.
Bath and shower, flushing loo with built in water and waste tanks.
Slight delaminatiin in two wardrobes but nothing to cry about, when it stops raining I'll seal the roof gutters as our summer obviously burnt the sealant .
This is a thick walled insulated curved roof model that cost almost 100k when new, lovely kitchen and full oak cabinetry throughout.
Once carpeted it's going to be a lovely home for someone.

PS I just put four new tyres on at 480 pound.
