Pemberton Harmony 2013 disabled-access static caravan available for private sale at Allhallows Leisure Park, nr Rochester, Kent - ME3 9QD

This rarely available model was specially designed by Pemberton to be suitable for wheelchair users, and everything is built with that in mind. It comes with ramp-access on the decking, wider doors with no tight corridors (including sliding doors to the bedrooms and washroom), low level kitchen worktops and appliances, and a spacious wet-room with a roll-in shower, a shower-seat, grab-rails and support bars.

It is priced at £26,000 for a quick sale which includes the park's transfer fee and new gas & electric safety certificates. 2023 site fees are also payable. It is sited on The Paddocks area of the park which is very close to the shop and main entertainment complex with parking directly outside. The park doesn't have age limits for the caravans on park so you can keep it as long as you like.

The owner has been renting the caravan and is happy to leave everything in the caravan, including two TV/DVD players, the kitchen inventory, and the bedding. They have had no trouble renting the caravan and would be happy to pass over details of regular bookings if you wanted. In the past two years they have always covered their running costs and had time to use it themselves. They have also added a professionally fitted air-conditioning unit which blows hot or cold air, so is ideal for those hot summer days and stuffy evenings.

The caravan is a 2-bedroom (6 berth) model and is a good-sized 39` x 12` and comes with double glazing and central heating throughout. The lounge comes with 2 comfortable sofas (one with a sofa-bed), a TV unit, a free-standing table with 4 chairs, a feature fireplace, and a Velux-window in the ceiling. There's a large front window to watch the world go by. The kitchen is a galley style with all the appliances on one side. There are low-level units, a gas cooker & grill with an extractor, an integrated dishwasher, an integrated fridge & freezer, and a microwave shelf.

The caravan comes with two bedrooms, both of which have lots of room around the beds. The main bedroom comes with a double bed, its own en-suite toilet & shower, a double wardrobe with built-in drawers, bedside cabinets. The second room comes with two wide single beds with plenty of space between the beds, a TV point, its own wardrobe, and drawers. Both rooms come with wide sliding doors. The main washroom is very spacious and comes with a roll-in shower, a sturdy shower-seat, a toilet with grab-rails, and a sink with space for a wheelchair.

Allhallows is a great holiday park, looking over the River Thames estuary towards Southend. It is just 1/2 hour away from the M25 but feels like a real countryside location. The park has a 9.5-month season (including being open for Christmas and New Year). The park facilities have recently been upgraded with a new clubhouse, re-vamped yacht club, new takeaway restaurants, and a new Adventure Village for children. The park also has a fishing lake, heated indoor and outdoor pools, nightly entertainment, arcades, sports court, 24hr security, and a great grounds team that keeps the park tidy. There's also an active owner's team who organise events.

The caravan is in excellent condition throughout and would be an ideal getaway for anyone with mobility problems. The design allows a good level of independence and the freedom to enjoy a caravan holiday on the Kent coast.
