This is a rare opportunity to purchase a lodge with roof terrace on Tattershall Lakes Country Park

There is a surround sound music system which operates by wifi.
There is a sliding patio door that leads onto the front decking with glass panels.
There are 2 settees one of which acts as a sofabed. There are 2 high back breakfast stools and a further sideboard also with drawers and cupboards. There is a highchair by the dining area.
Going back through the hallway door the 1st door on your left is the family bathroom with walk in shower w,c and was basin with built in cupboard light up mirror over the sink and a glass shelf.
Back into the hallway and door on the right leads into the 1st twin bedroom
This has 2 full size single beds and a wardrobe. There is a bedside cabinet between the 2 beds. There is a shelf and vanity mirror. all duvets pillows mattress and pillow protectors are included in the sale. there is a 24"Tv attached by bracket to the wall in between the wardrobes.
Back in the hallway the next door on the left leads into the 2nd tw8n room again with 2 full size single beds with a bedside cabinet between the 2 beds. The wall has 2 double wardrobes and a vanity area with mirror and a 24" tv.
The master bedroom is at the bottom of the hallway. This has a large kingsize bed which pulls up with underneath storage. There is a bedside cabinet at both sides also a vanity mirror and 24" v on bracket fixed to the wall. bedside lights at each side.. The door to the left leads into the dressing room which has a large amount of shelves and clothing rails. plus set of drawers. Further on the next door leads to the ensuite bathroom, this has a large walk in shower w,c and washbasin with built in storage cupboard, vanity mirror with lights and glass shelf.

There are only 3 of these on the park with a roof terrace and 3 bedrooms. It has been rented out for the last 5 years and is in the top 10 rentals on Booking.com .There are bookings on the property that can be passed onto the new owner.
The lease on lodges is 25 years and is on old contract so just under 20 years left. It can be advertised for rental and use a management company if required with no restrictions.

Wifi at the lodge is currently supplied by a TP Link with an EE data only sim. This will of course be taken away when the property is sold.

The lodge is priced to sell at £70k plus away resort change over fees which adds up to £80500
