This modern-looking caravan is in great condition for its age and comes with double glazing, central heating, and a large wraparound decking. The owners have only owned it a short while and are selling due to family commitments. It's a 3 bedroom (8 berth) model and is for sale at £26,995 which includes the site fees for the remainder of 2025, the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric certificates. The park would be selling something like this for well over £35,000 so we feel this is a great price for someone.

The park runs a long 11.5 month season and only shuts for 2 weeks in February. The pitch licence is in place until 2033.

The caravan is a good size at 36ft x 12ft. It's sited on the new Castle View development with private parking, and is only 3-4 minutes walk to the main clubhouse. It has an open-plan living area with two built-in sofas (one with a built-in sofa bed beneath), a large TV display cabinet, and a couple of storage cupboards and shelves. There are front-opening doors that lead to the decking area. The kitchen is a very good size and comes with a gas cooker & hob (with an extractor), an integrated fridge & freezer, and plenty of storage cupboards. There's also a dining table with four chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and two with twin singles). The master bedroom comes with an Ottoman-style storage bed, an en-suite toilet, a dressing table, a double wardrobe, and bedside cabinets.
