BMW 525i Touring Semi-auto 3Litre petrol 57-plate Bronze

Superb BMW 5-series Touring, owned since October 2011 and only selling due to a new job and arrival of company car.

This is the Facelifted (LCI) 3 litre petrol 218bhp Auto/ Semi-auto SE model with optional extras including Full Leather Seats, Heated Front Seats, Front and Rear Parking Sensors, Tinted Rear Windows and Towbar (although I have never used the car for towing). V5 is present.

All wheels are in good condition for their age and have a matching set of Goodyear Eagle NCT5 BMW approved Run-on-Flat tyres, all with very good even tread. (I also have a matching set of the same wheels fitted with Dunlop SP WinterSport Mud&Snow Tyres for sale by separate negotiation - buyer of car will have first refusal on these). There is also a BMW rigid Luggage Floor Liner included (not shown in photos). Both electronic key fobs are present and working.
Recorded mileage currently 146816 and rising slowly.
MOT valid until September 2019
Last service including Brake Fluid change November 2018. Full service history including receipts except for one previous service where I have mislaid the paperwork and I cannot find the paperwork for the new disk brakes and pads (all round). All service lights are 'Green' as seen in photo.
AC recharged July 2018.
New floor mats just fitted (not shown in photos) as the drivers mat was getting somewhat tatty around the accelerator pedal.
New Battery installed November 2016.
Brand new set of Bosch wiper blades included (still in box).
The car drives superbly and the MOT engine emissions (printouts included) show just how well the engine is performing due to being well looked after.

The vehicle bodywork is in good condition for the age with a few minor door dings and stone chips. There is a vertical paint scuff /impression mark towards the rh side of front bumper but was on the vehicle when I bought it and has never bothered me. All paintwork is original and the colour is Platinum Bronze. The interior is in excellent condition and all features are working correctly, except for the tailgate issues mentioned below.

If you know the E61 model you will be aware that they suffer from poor harness routing from body to tailgate which can tug at the wires and this car has a few issues, but nothing major:
1. Release button on Tailgate has stopped working but opens on keyfobs and switch on dashboard.
2. Rear wiper park position is variable. Wire carrying park position signal affected.
3. One reversing light is not working. Note this does not fail MOTs.
4. One Number Plate lamp shows a bulb failure, however they are both working fine (they have been linked together).

Considering the above and as I am looking for a quick sale due to lack of driveway space, I will consider offers around £3000 (or £3250including winter wheels & tyres). Make me a sensible offer; I may accept it as the car has to go.
Note this car does not have Bluetooth or integrated SatNav.
