MOT 14-Jan-2020. Has a new rear/middle exhaust to fix the MOT exhaust advisory. Check previous MOTs at gov dot uk website (can't use weblinks), there have been hardly any advisories over the years and the failures (many years ago) were trivial to fix.

The next bit is here so I don't have to repeat the story to everyone when they contact me for further details about the car. I will not lie to you, this car needs some attention to the fuel injectors. I have been told 2 injectors need cleaning, the other 2 were done a year ago. This means that the car starts rough and may sometimes give an engine warning light within the first 10 minutes. However, once the car is wamed up it seems to drive fine. Don't buy this car if you can't fix it yourself or won't take it to a garage to get fixed. Now why don't I get it fixed? It is my daughter's car. She and her boyfriend bought another car as well (a new style 2009 Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCi) and as they have now moved out of our house (yay) into their own flat they have found that they can't afford to run 2 cars. Fortunately he got a new job where he doesn't even need the 2nd car. Hence this car is for sale. Nobody in our household needs it otherwise I would get it fixed and use it. In fact I think the driving position in this car is better than the new style one.
