Most parts under front wheel arches replaced in last 12 months (wish bones and track rod ends 12 months old) (springs, shock absorbers and upper strut bearing mounts only 2 months old)
Only minor bits of rust on rear wheel arches. Interior in good condition, has aircon bit will need a recharge.
