This is a wheelchair accessible Ford Grand Tourneo Connect Zetec. It is a 2018 (68 registration) has the 1.5 Ecoblue TDCi diesel engine and is automatic (via a touch screen). It has had three owners from new and is a vehicle that we have sold previously. It has service history and we will have a service and MOT carried out prior to sale. It is finished in metallic slate grey and has covered 60,650 miles from new (about 8,600 miles per year).

This Ford conversion is known as a switch conversion - meaning you can be an upfront wheelchair passenger or you can drive from your wheelchiar, it has been converted for wheelchair access which has been carried out by GM Coachworks Conversions. They have lowered the whole of the floor of the vehicle throughout to be able to support an up front passenger position and/or drive from wheelchair position. The rear tailgate and wheelchair ramp are automated which means that they can be operated via the wireless remote to open and close - this can allow full independence.

Inside we have one set of manual fixings which you can use on the driver side or there are electric front belts and rear manual belts on the passenger side. We then have 1 x QLK-Wheelchair Clamps (an additional adaption is required for your wheelchair at additional costs from your provider) in the drive from position. There are two standard seats which can be removed or swapped into either the front passenger or driver position (or removed entirely). In the rear we have two folding rear passenger seats which can be folded or unfolded as required. There is a vehicle key conversion, touch screen for parking brake and automatic gear selection. We have a steering ball with Lodgesons, left or right foot throttle and passenger side he-man dual brake controls.

Other specifications to this vehicle includes electric front windows and electric mirrors. We have a CD player and radio. The vehicle does have cruise control and privacy glass to the rear. We have Bluetooth for mobile phone and audio connection. There are two keys and two remotes (which operate the rear tailgate and wheelchair ramp) and it has remote central locking. There is air conditioning (a must whatever the weather or season). There are five doors which include an up and over tailgate. We also have driver and passenger airbags. There are reverse sensors to help with parking.
