barrel tuned by chris sturgess
head modified by darrel taylor
harry barlow 60/110 crank (actually makes it 193cc)
cases matched to barrel and 3mm base packer 0.3mm base gasket 1.2 head gasket
threebond 1215 sealer used
squish set to 0.95mm (4 point check)
nord lock washers on head
omg fast flow tap from cam lam
jl3 curly expansion with stub matched to exhaust port
all new seals and gaskets in 2017
viton seals
0.5mm shim to ensure crank to case clearance
1mm mag housing gasket to ensure clearance
all bearings replaced in 2014 but bottom end and small end replaced again in 2017

Lightened indian flywheel (2kg)
bgm ac stator with new anthony tambs LT coil (didn't actually need it)
anthony tambs external pick up at 17degrees (loses power at 16, but gains nothing when advanced)
internal pick up still in place but not 100% sure of firing angle
Ducati cdi
Brakes
Both front and rear cams replaced with GP type
Both front and rear fitted with makino 'race' compound shoes
quick release cable on rear
don't try reverse pull on the front - it was too harsh.
Suspension
rear - just a lambretta shock from someone
front - bgm adjustable dampers recently added.
Steering
All bearings (including races) replaced in 2014
paint -ral 9001
Wellnuts used for bridge piece so it's easy to replace
MB fuel tap extension which makes the tap a little loose to turn but means that it misses the carb nicely - don't worry about fuel flow it's 600ml/minute
All the chrome you can see on fasteners and gear pivots etc is nickel plate.
'Chrome ring' is actually polished stainless steel.
Lever pivots fitted with oversize bolts.
