Currently SORN as of September 1st 2018. Bike does not have MOT but won't have any issues at all getting one.

This is a wonderful touring machine, set up with plenty of extras. I've owned this bike for just under four years and taken it on three trips to the continent and several weekend rides around Surrey. Aside from that, though, the bike has spent very little time on the road. For most of my time with it, I've used a second machine for banging around London, and so the VFR has sat in a garage not doing a great deal (regularly turned over, though).

I had a big service done in 2017, but the bike has only done 500 or so miles since then. It really is in superb mechanical order. If you know VFR's, you'll know the bikes are capable of double the mileage of this machine, particularly when they've been kept as well as this.

The condition of the bodywork is fair but certainly not perfect - it is a 20-year-old machine, after all! The previous owner used soft luggage on the rear so there are some wear marks where it has rubbed against the paintwork. There's also a slight blemish under the seat on one side (pictured). There are a few scrapes on one side of the belly of the fairing, and a chip/crack here and there, but nothing major.
