41,477 miles, this is a UK bike from new. It really is an old school superbike with no ABS, traction control or other gimmicks. I'm moving house so it needs to go.
The current MOT on the bike runs until 17th July 2021. The mileage is verified by the DVLA database printout which I have and the V5 is in my name.
The paintwork and panels are all straight and in good condition with the original parts including the indicators, chainguard and mudguard.
I've just finished giving it a refresh with new mirrors, bar ends, screen, re-sprayed tank as the old was one was scratched and I've also had the rear seat professionally re-covered. The wheels have also been refurbished and there's a nice sounding Remus exhaust.
The bike was also serviced 100 miles ago with new engine oil and filter, rebuilt and cleaned brake callipers. The bike has a K+N air filter and recent battery. New Bridgestone tyres BT16.
It comes with an original Suzuki workshop service manual and the bike is garaged, on a trickle charger and under a blanket. 2 issues to sort - the neutral light stays on when in gear (which the internet tells me is a dirty connection) and the carbs need a sort out as it starts and runs Ok but it's a bit fluffy and bogs down on an open throttle. They're not a difficult fix, I just don't have the time or space to sort due to the house move. I would collect in a van as it's not easily rideable due to the fuelling.
HPI clear so never been written off, stolen or outstanding finance etc. It's 28 years old so there's obviously some wear so please be realistic!
