this cat has been placed upon me by a family member, with no other options and no one else to take him. he has shown aggression, like scratching and hissing, toward males within his territory (his previous home) but after my boyfriend and i have taken him in he has shown no signs of aggression toward me (a female) but after a few days has started hissing at my boyfriend. he is lovely and definitely nervous due to change of environment but overall is a friendly cat that loves affection, like cuddling on chests. we think this aggression may have been due to him being un-neutered so are working to get that put in place, but if he is adopted before that that is something that the new owner will have to do. he's been housed with other cats, both a female and a male, which caused no issues so should be okay with other cats. i have 2 dogs and he is a bit unsure about them as previously he had never met a dog face to face. overall just curious and not really fussed with dogs. he is a very placid cat, he does not need much care as he is more than happy to just chill out on the couch. obviously would need to be housed with women, unless neutered.
