Female cat in Diss

I have my beautiful 2 year old female cat to re-home due to moving into a property for my health I can't take her with me. She's more a indoor cat than outdoors she will go out to use the toilet but is also litter trained,she's super cuddly and loves to sleep at the bottom of my bed at night time. She's was flea and wormed last week, she doesn't have a microchip as I was going to take her in next week to be spade which i can still do but for extra to cover the cost of the operation. She's currently on meat and biscuits but she will just eat a biscuit diet as a treat once a week instead of meat I give her a little bit of tuna. She has been with me since she was 3 weeks old so this hadn't been a easy decision but due to my own health problems and the bungalows which are available to me I can't take her with me and unfortunately they won't do what I need done to my house.
