Description:

I would like to introduce you to Oliver. Oliver is a year old (born august 2023)

Oliver has been neuters and is a healthy happy cat, he is used to other cats but isn't overly keen on kittens and would LOVE to go to a home with a bigger dog (maybe a calmer one than a puppy) He loves dogs and is a bit of a flirt to them once he gets to used to them. He is wary of strangers but quicky warms up and becomes a flirty fusspot. Not sure how he would be around young kids they might scare him but he would get used to them easily no doubt.

Oliver loves his fuss and attention, when he wants it of course but will often sit on your chest and in your arms purring away happily and his favourite treat is Thrive freeze dried chicken treats.

Talking of food, Oliver is a very picky eater! We have tried him on a lot but he would rather go hungry than eat commercial food and loves his premade raw. The new owners would have to be willing to continue his raw feeding. He likes the following Purrform, Nutriment and his fav Luna and me (we have tried other brands but he wont touch them). Oliver will not eat biscuits or normal cat wet food. so please make sure you only enquire if you are happy and knowledgeable about raw feeding.

Another thing to not is Oliver is and indoor/outdoor cat. Oliver loves going outside and we have a cat flap open 24/7, he will cry and scratch and meow if he is not allowed out. Please however wait a few weeks for him to get settled before letting him out so he doesn't wander off and get lost. I would also like to know the area he may be living in as a busy road will not be suitable as he likes to roam. You must be ok with him being an indoor/outdoor cat. He would not be happy being cooped up inside at all. If you don't have a nice garden and a more quieter area please don't enquire.

I will be picky as to where Oliver goes as I am trying to find the best home for him rather than a quick sale or quick rehome. Oliver is a wonderful cat but due to my finances and health both declining I'm unable to keep 3 cats and I don't want to be spreading their food thin.

It breaks my heart to even think of rehoming him and i have been putting it off and struggling for a few months hoping things would become better for my situation but it hasn't. I will require updates often of him especially through the first few months of him being rehomes and will ask for a agreement to be signed that if for any reason he needs to be rehomed he is returned to myself.

I would like to make sure his home is the right one, this is a hard decision and I need to make sure he goes to the best home I can find him.
