Throughout absolutely no fault of her own Sweep our nearly 2 year old slate blue & white border collie bitch needs to find a forever new home . We are based in Derbyshire . She would ideally want to live a rural life , no young children , with maybe another dog for company due to her living currently with other collies and being a bit nervy on her own . She is a good girl but on occasion can exhibit some usual quirky collie traits . Once bonded with her new owner she will be very loyal to you . She just needs to find the right person & setting ! Which so far I have not found for her .
Due to my increasing problems with my joints I have made the decision that as much as I love this girl , she will be better placed with someone who can give her what she needs in the future . Bred by my niece I know all the past generations of this girl , she is a faithful , loyal , very very clever , obedient dog with great recall . Good with other dogs and cats . Bought up with older children .
We have tried her on sheep but she has no instinct or interest in them at all . She may make an agility dog , or a cannicross dog ? She certainly needs an owner who has the energy and time to devote to her . She will only go to the absolute best home that I feel she deserves .
Please do not contact me if you work full time and are expecting her to be shut in a house all day ( she is used to living out in kennels ) and I think she will be happier living outside
