Due to unfortunate circumstances, Enzo will need to be rehomed.

He loves being outside, so would suit a home where he has constant access to a big garden/open space. However, he does like to dig!

Enzo will need further training. He's very intelligent, but needs someone who has the time to train him. Due to his breeding, he can also grow very attached. With his current age/excitability, I would advise that he is not housed with young children at the moment.

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on how he would react/behave if housed with cats. Although, he has never shown any aggression towards dogs/other animals.

Being housed with another dog (or dogs) would be a bonus as he has a lot of energy to burn & enjoys the company of other dogs.

Enzo previously lived on a farm/outside for the first 6 months of his life. He had never been on a lead walk or been socialised with other dogs (a part from his litter). He has lived inside with me, so he is used to stairs etc and is a lot less destructive within the household than when I first brought him home - he is aware of what is his/what he can destroy/play with. He will still steal a sock or a toilet roll here and there, if he gets the chance! He has since been on plenty of lead walks & has been socialised with other dogs. He does not show any negative behaviours towards other dogs - he will happily play with them off of the lead. Enzo has never bitten or caused any harm to another dog. Very rarely reactive on the lead, however can seem 'reactive' towards certain dogs (jumping/lunging/barking) - this is usually towards dogs who he cannot get to i.e across the street from him. This behaviour is purely because he wants to greet them/play.

Loves to play and enjoys lots of belly rubs!

Knows his basic commands - sit, paw, lay down, waits for his food etc.

Has a recall, but sometimes it takes him longer to respond when his nose is to the ground/he's playing with other dogs. He will always come back though, due to his attachment to his owner. Usually, a tennis ball helps with keeping him close to you/listening. He LOVES a tennis ball, but be prepared to buy hundreds & hundreds of them

Comes with everything I have bought for him (bed, lead, collar, crate etc)

I would like Enzo going to the right home. Price can be discussed. ONO.

Serious enquiries only. As stated, Enzo needs further training/development. Please only enquire if you have the time & patience to give to him.

*** Previous experience with Collies/Belgian Malinois or similar complex breeds preferred/advised. As stated above, Enzo is extremely intelligent & needs lots of mental stimulation. He also has typical traits of a Collie/Belgian Malinois - attachment issues (forms a bond with 1 specific person), chasing animals (on occasion), whining/barking (please note this does not happen all of the time - mainly when he is left alone, when the doorbell goes, when someone comes into the house etc), mouthing (not to be nasty or to hurt you, however Belgian Malinois are commonly bred to bite and they often/regularly mouth). Please note that due to Enzo being both Collie & Belgian Malinois, he can be quite dominant. He will need to be put in his place early on to ensure that he does not jump up & mouth/exhibit his dominance (again, he only does this sometimes - usually when he meets someone new & he is trying to establish if they are below him in the pecking order OR when he's over excited & doesn't know what to do with his energy. It is important that you do not react to this behaviour & only give him attention once he is calm/all paws are on the ground. ***

*** Please only enquire if you have read & understood the above. I am looking for the best home for my boy - a home where he can be taken on long walks, has access to open spaces, can be socialised with other dogs & advance his training. He will be an amazing, loyal companion for the right person. ***
