I'm WILF. I am about 9 and spent at least the last for years in a Romanian Shelter where no one cam for me
I am now in the UK living with my foster family in Chichester, They say I eat fine fine and am clean indoors, truth be told I wake up, want a cuddle, go outside then return to a bowl of food then take myself back to bed if the sofas full or i do not have a lap to rest on.
