Puppy unusual mixed Old english sheepdog/bulldog in Liverpool

£150

Dob 4th july 2024
One of 4 pups.
Mixed/ cross Oldenglish sheepdog /Bulldog
Mum is 1/4old tyme and is in excellent condition, with no reported breathing or health issues associated with the breed. Mum is a gentle loving dog with a great personality and it appears Apollo has taken on some of her wonderful traits.
Apollo was born from an accidental litter so limited information is known about Dad. We have been informed he is a pedigree old english sheep dog.
Mum wont be seen as she is not my dog neither is dad. But i do have pics of her with pups and have myself seen their interaction. She is a great mum and has given these pups the best start to life.
Apollo is a big boy and potential adoptees should be aware he will be a large dog. Currently he still has his black and white puppy fur however this is beginning to turn grey so he will possibly have traditional sheepdog colouring apart from a reddish part on his leg which he got from mum.
Behaviour: for a young puppy Apollo is a calm gentle boy, please note he is still a puppy so does have puppy teeth, he has not shown any interest in chewing furniture to date. He is a playful soul and will stop his whole world for tummy rubs. He adores human company but has been left for a few hours at a time and sleeps downstairs in a seperate area without issue.
Training. Apollo is at the beginning of his training which new family will need to continue. He is food motivated and learns quickly. He knows heel and will come and sit next to you in the house, he knows sit, paw. He is doing really well waiting for his food and will sit where placed while u put his food down (this is still ongoing) He still has accidents in the house but will use puppy pads. However i would recommend new owners to be comitted to crate training and not using puppy pads. But this is completely up to yourself. Apollo is a typical puppy on walks and loves the world. He does still pull so ongoing training is needed.
Safety. Apollos microchip is registered to myself and expect any new owner to transfer ownership and change details within 24hours. Legally the details need to be kept up to date.
Apollo has had all vaccinations for this year including kennel cough and is wormed up to date. He has not required flea treatment. He has had a full health check at the vets I can try and request a copy if the new owners request this. No health issues where identified and his walk was checked and there did not appear to be any issues with his joints.
Whilst we had got Apollo with the intention of him growing with our family an unexpected genetic issue with one of our children has meant we have to make this difficult decision.
Other animals: Apollo has lived with another dog, he can be a typical puppy and play and frustrate and older dog so again crate time to calm down and space for other dog resolves this. He is submissive by nature, and would make a great family dog. He has lived with a toddler and baby since birth. He currently lives with a cat however the cat is not a fan of him and it appears Apollo just wants to play so whilst i wouldnt rule out his ability to live with a cat i havent had the opportunity to see him upclose with one as he is always exciteable with it.
What will come with your puppy. Blankets, iggle piggle teddy, dog calming spray, lickymat, southend dog training book. Puppy vaccination card. Microchip details. Lead x2. Collar.
details of owner who owns mum and sibling and if permitted contact details will be shared.
