He's a very loving affectionate boy, loves his belly rubbed and snuggling on the sofa, but he is also overly excitable
He knows basic commands, sit, stay, paw, down, leave it etc...

On walks he is reactive to other dogs
He wants to be obedient however he is so on edge he gets over excited and leaps and bounds all over the place.
With the right guidance, he would thrive!

It would be good if he could go to someone experienced with reactivity, ideally in a dog-free home.
Reactivity is not a quick fix and needs to be worked with on every walk.
Ted does redirect his reactivity to the person walking him sometimes. His anxiety overwhelms him

Although he's in a home with children I feel he needs a home where he can be one to one with his new owners.
