Female dog in West Malling

need some help this beautiful dog was dumped at my doorstep after 6 months with someone I rehomed her 2 was told she has gone for a child she is a nervous anxious dog who seems scared of everything and is petrified of going in back garden I don't know what happened but in need of help we can not keep her here as much as we would but we can't she seems very friendly and affectionate just scared please someone help we can't have her here she can't stay here
