White second hand upvc cat run and house with 2 lockable doors one to the entrance to the run then one into the daytime bed section ( lockable cat flap from bed into day section and also out to run section ( wheel is not included in the sale!) all keys present and locks work fine. Double sockets, fuse box , light and heater element included but not wired up or tested. Overall size is 12ftx 6.5ftx 6.5ft - window for summer months at front and side ( one panel slightly foggy so may be blown unit?) floor is wipe clean Lino on a wooden base which you are welcome to take if required. The bed box is carpeted and has a ramp to access it - keeps cats safe and secure while. Ring fraught proof and snug - buyer to dismantle and take away although I can recommend a courier to deliver it if needed as it all fits in a large high top sprinter as the sections are not too big once broken down - I will take a close offer- I do also have an additional run for this item that is additional but would negotiate
