This was commissioned as a bespoke cat Chalet 4 years ago and cost new £4,850. The design is based on SHEDcetra's CONAULT ELITE CAT CHALET. The Chalet measures 4.1x3m and provides a light and airy environment with a large double glazed bay window. Inside the house is a large shelf which runs along the rear wall and there is an opening window protected by mesh. Inside there are two separate rooms/living quarters - one to the front and the other to the rear. The front compartment (Queen's Quarters) has been lined and insulated and has a heating, there is lighting throughout the Chalet. In addition there are half height sneeze shields to the front and a full height shield along the other wall as well as a double cat flap and integral safety porch. All in good clean condition. Buyer will need to dismantle and collect from Winterbourne Monkton approx 8 miles South of Swindon. Reasonable offers considered.
