The Animals' Agenda, by Catherine O'Driscoll. in Morpeth

This is a brilliant book, so clear, so helpful, so caring. It covers so much to help so many people. It explains things so well - why we are like we are - and offers so many ways of helping ourselves - loving yourself being the core thing. Catherine is an amazing and caring person which shines through in this book. The input from the animals is awesome and so true. I know my animals are trying to help me and now I can see more clearly how they are trying to do it. There is a section on Emotional Freedom Technique for humans and animals. I believe we can all benefit from reading this book. V Standen
