Rehomed

Female Leopard Tortoise in Bolton Upon Dearne

Female Leopard Tortoise looking for her forever home.
Daisy is 29years old. Her shell measures 43cm in length and she weighs approximately 12700g. She is the larger of the two Tortoises pictured.
Daisy currently lives alone and is being rehomed due to closure of Tortoise Sanctuary after the death of one of the owners.
She is eating and drinking as she should be and there are no health issues with her.
When she came she had not been cared for correctly and was severely underweight. She has put on weight since she came and would benefit from putting on more.
The pyramiding and shell damage was already apparent when she came to us. Her beak was severely overgrown when she came, we have filed this down considerably but it still needs more work on it.

You will need to know how to look after a Leopard Tortoise and preferably someone who has other Leopards for her to eventually mix with.
You also need to have everything ready for her.
If you want her, tell me I your first message about the indoor and outdoor enclosures including measurements and pictures. You should then answer the following questions.
When would you would be able to collect her?
What is your experience with Leopard Tortoises?
How many Leopard Tortoises do you currently have?
Do you have any other pets?
What substrate will you be using?
What will you be feeding her on?
I will not reply if this isn't included in your first message. I am getting a lot of people messaging me who are timewasters and I don't have time to filter out all of these messages.
Experienced and knowledgeable, good keepers only.
Please don't contact me if you have no experience with this breed.. Collection ONLY from S63.
