This Complete Indoor Set Up, is everything you need, to keep a tortoise healthy. These Hermann's tortoises, should be allowed outside when the weather is dry and mild. You should not be waiting for a hot day, as all they will then do is sleep, as it is too hot.

These Eastern Hermann's tortoises were captive bred in 2023 are probably the most popular of all tortoises. You DO NOT have to hibernate them.

In Autumn Winter time they can be kept indoors in this Set Up, then in the Spring they can go back outside again.

Tortoises are straight forward animals to care for. You need to get a few things right from the start, and your tortoise is expected to live a long healthy life.
