The Bath City Singers is a new community choir that welcomes singers of all abilities.

No auditions, no experience necessary, always welcoming new singers.

We are open to absolutely anyone, regardless of ability or experience, and offer a light-hearted, friendly and relaxed antidote to the more formal side of singing.

If you just love singing and want to meet weekly to sing pop songs, songs from musicals, the odd well-known folk tune and simple choral pieces at Christmas, then this could be for you! Instead of being restricted to just one type of music, we do a whole mixture.

Rehearsals are weekly on Tuesday evenings, from 7 - 8.30pm at St. Michael's Church on Broad Street in the City Centre (opposite Waitrose and the central library). Then we nip to the pub for a drink afterwards :)

COME ALONG AND SING - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

There is no sign up fee, no subscription fee and no subs to pay up-front for a whole term - you simply pay when you attend - just £4 a week. Pay as you go!

You don't have to be able to sing to any particular level and you don't need to be able to read music.

Rehearsals culminate in two concerts a year - a Summer and Christmas concert - but even if you don't want to perform at these, you can still come to rehearsals, just to enjoy singing.
