Below is a list of Tai Chi/Qigong classes which are held weekly. Tai Chi/Qigong are gentle Ancient Chinese exercises
and movements which are designed to positively enhance your overall health and well-being as well as calming the mind.
The classes are suitable for people of all abilities, age and are suitable for both beginner and experienced student.
The exercises can be completed either in the standing position or seated. The emphasis is on the individual so each movement exercise can be modified to suit each person if necessary.

Wednesdays.... 11.am - 12.pm - St Newlyn East Village Hall
Thursdays.........11.am - 12.pm - Tregony Village Hall
