Come and book a place on our Pottery Taster Session

Have fun and learn in a relaxed informal and friendly setting. All classes aim to build self-confidence and are suitable for beginners or people who want a refresher course. A maximum of 6 in the classes ensure there is the opportunity for students to go at their own pace and seek guidance from the tutor when they need it.
You will make a hand built pot by pinching and coiling, roll out slabs of clay to create tiles, coasters or line a mould to make a dish and finally you will have a 1:1 session on the potter's wheel to make a small bowl.
The session will cost £45 and include all materials and the glazing and firing of a piece of work, which can be collected at a later date. Additional pieces can be fired at extra cost.
The session will take place at the Fire and Flux Studio at 86 St Benedicts, which is close to Norwich Arts Centre in central Norwich.
You can either call at the studio to book your place and make payment or contact us by email or phone and we can reserve the place for you now and then arrange payment.
