Have fun learning new skills through motivational coaching in an up to date Community Safety Self Defence system designed for the streets, using simple and well-designed applications to end a conflict quickly to make your escape away from any danger.
We train for the streets, not for competition!
Our two-hour course has been split between 2 weeks, starting with the basic applications of defending and striking methodology, moving on to escaping more dangerous scenario-based drills.
This particular course is designed for young ladies aged from 16 years upwards, giving you the necessary life skills and confidence to handle yourself in most conflict situations when necessary.
Part One will take place on Friday 18th, and Part 2 Friday 25th February at the Northwood (WI) Village Hall, 364 Newport Rd, Northwood, Cowes PO31 8PL (free parking available on-site).
All Equipment will be provided; all you need is comfortable clothing & shoes, as well as a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
