Dance fitness class! Lights are low, tunes are high and set to some of the latest dance chart hits and remixes!

Routines have been designed to allow you to master the moves and maximize on your results with cutting edge fitness, core, strength and conditioning moves (high & low impact options inc).

Classes are taught in a darkened room with flashing glow sticks (to add an extra arm workout), UV and disco lighting. Suitable from aged 16 upwards for all levels of fitness... work at your own pace. Wear comfortable sportswear, trainers & bring a drink.

PRICING... Class price £5 & purchase your re-useable glow sticks at a discounted £3.50 for the pair. * Pay on arrival - newbies please arrive 5/10 mins early to register *
