NO LIMITS NORFOLK are an Inclusive Dance Company for Adults and Children with Complex needs. We provide classes for ALL ABILITIES, including dance routines, sensory integration, drama, games and performance opportunities! We welcome all communication methods; BSL, signalong, braille, MSI, PECS and MORE!
Join our community, make new friendships and meet new people, sharing our love for the arts. EXPRESS, DANCE AND PERFORM! There are no limits to anyones ability!
