are looking for genuine empathetic people to deliver support to older people in our community surrounding Oxted. Various hours and shift patterns available with an above average rate of pay (and extra if you are self-employed). You will visit only clients you know and will be encouraged to build relationships with them in order to provide them with support in all areas of their lives. We do not have restrictions on what you can do to support them, as in traditional care provision, which helps create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere for both you and your client. Our visits are usually for longer and can often last for 2 or 3 hours at a time. This cuts down on the amount of travelling you do in a shift and reduces the stress of trying to reach visits in time and running late.
