Complete with wardrobe with hanging rail (bigger than it looks in photos as it goes in behind the steps)
Desk with extra part that slides out underneath

There is also space underneath behind the cupboard and wardrobe which is great for storage or a den.
A few minor marks - the most obvious one I've photographed
Buyer to dismantle, purely to help you reassemble at the other end.
We may have the instructions somewhere. Will have a look, although I don't remember them being particularly helpful!
