This is a very rare barley twist cane known to the Americans
As a carnival cane but known in England as a Georgian glass
Barley twist cane (you decide).
Regardless its over 100 years old and is in good condition
Considering its age.
It has been leaking sugar candy drops from the base but has been sealed
With wax and a small metal plate.
Its at its original length of 96cm (37.3/4 inches).
Information given to me states that it was made to celebrate the coronation
Of George the 5th on 22nd June 1911.
